We are an experienced association management company providing essential business services to trade and professional associations, as well as event management services for organizations and corporations. As a company, The Sapphyre Group, LLC is a new entity. However, it's a new entity with an experienced team. Collectively, the staff has over 125 years of cumulative experience in the fields of association management, accounting, event/meeting coordination and board governance. All areas that are key to running a successful business, be it non-profit or for-profit.
Darlyne Erickson started Creating Order Inc. in 1985 with a Compaq portable computer and set up shop managing non-profit organizations. Both the name of the company and her mission were a great fit for her organized and creative personality. In 2009, with a growing client base which she was managing on her own, a decision was made to partner with an accounting firm with the expectation of added staff. Because of the relationships formed she stayed on as the account executive for client associations. Fast forward to 2015 and it was apparent that she would serve herself, her staff, and her clients better as her own entity again.
Amy Beckham navigated her way through corporate America, drafting documents, writing contracts, providing legal support, and planning the company events along the way. A few years in, she was doing all of that solely for non-profits. Amy and Darlyne started working together around 2011 and recognized that they had great potential as a team.
Although The Sapphyre Group, LLC was legally formed in June 2015, it wasn't until January 2016 that we started actively doing business. We are fortunate to have a great staff that works so well together. We embrace a philosophy that simply says to take care of and appreciate your staff, and thus your clients are also taken care of and appreciated. We are a small, growing company that strives to provide the highest caliber of business support to our clients. We are firm believers in a positive, outgoing work environment, and will bend over backwards for our staff and clients.

Darlyne Erickson - President
Darlyne has 30 years of experience in the non-profit world, with an impressive set of skills such as program development and management, leadership training, strategic planning, and project coordinating. An avid biker, Darlyne also enjoys good movies and is a professional clown!
Amy Beckham - Vice President
With over 25 years of experience, 15 of them working with non-profit organizations, and 20 years of event planning, Amy brings a lot to the table for our clients. Conference planning, board development, financial management and committee organization are just a sampling of the work she does. In her spare time, Amy enjoys travelling, reading, camping with her family, and playing with her dogs.
Kathy Sheridan - Account Executive
Kathy has over 30 years of experience in the field. Her experience includes working with MN Multi-Housing Association, MN Precision Manufacturing Association (MPMA), American Society of TMJ Surgeons and other state and national associations. Kathy enjoys following the Hawkeyes, happy hours, golf, traveling and spending time with her family.
Sue Sack - Staff Accountant
Sue has over 25 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and customer service, and has worked with organizations of all sizes. She provides exceptional service and communication to our clients. In her spare time, she enjoys biking, travelling, spending time with her adorable grandchildren, and a nice glass of wine!
Miki Tufto - Communications & Meetings Director
Miki has 16 years of experience working with non-profits focusing on public relations, communications and event planning. Responsible for social media, Your Membership association management software development, newsletter coordination and event planning. In her down time, Miki enjoys travel, photography, boating, and spending time with her family.
